Targeting the local food processing demands in emerging Asian and African markets including Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Ghana and Algeria, we officially launch the fully upgraded full-series turnkey tomato processing solutions, covering a full capacity gradient from 1 ton to 10 tons per day, to provide one-stop plant construction support for local small and medium food enterprises and entrepreneurial investors.
This solution breaks the pain points of traditional large-scale tomato processing equipment such as high investment and complicated operation. All equipment is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, and the core modules of pre-cooking, concentration and sterilization are locally adapted, enabling stable operation even in outdoor plant environments with high temperature and high humidity. Different from scattered stand-alone equipment sold on the market, our complete set of tomato processing plant equipment automatically completes the whole process from fresh tomato incoming to sorting, washing, crushing, preheating, fine grinding, concentration, sterilization and filling. It reduces manual operation links by 65%, and ordinary workers can get started after 3 days of training.
Aiming at the characteristic of concentrated local tomato harvest seasons in Asian and African markets, this production line supports flexible capacity adjustment. It can run at full load during the peak harvest period to digest local fresh fruits, and can also switch to small-capacity mode to produce derivative products such as tomato sauce and tomato juice in off-seasons, avoiding equipment idleness. Up to now, we have successfully delivered more than 40 tomato processing projects in Southeast Asia and Africa, covering the whole process from plant layout planning, equipment customized production, on-site installation and commissioning to worker technical training. We have helped many local customers build their own local tomato paste brands relying on the rich local tomato resources, greatly reducing the regional market's dependence on imported tomato products.
In the future, we will set up local service stations in Thailand and Ghana to provide 7×24-hour rapid technical response and spare parts supply services, so that more investors in Asian and African regions can enter the tomato deep processing track at a lower threshold, and convert local agricultural product resources into sustainable industrial benefits.
