Maximize the value of your raw materials with our versatile tomato processing line. You can seamlessly switch production between concentrated tomato paste (28-38% Brix), tomato puree, tomato ketchup and sauce (with integrated formulation and blending modules), and tomato juice.

For ketchup and sauce production, the line includes dedicated mixing tanks for adding sugar, salt, vinegar, and spices to the semi-finished tomato paste, followed by preheating, deaeration, homogenization, sterilization, and filling into retail packaging such as glass bottles, PET jars, metal cans, or stand-up pouches. The flexible process flow allows you to adapt quickly to changing market demands. Additionally, by replacing certain modular components, this same line can process other fruits and vegetables into purees and jams, including apples, strawberries, peaches, carrots, onions, and peppers. This multi-product capability maximizes your equipment utilization and minimizes capital expenditure. Advanced Tomato Paste Production Line – Engineered for Color & Flavor Retention

Our state-of-the-art Tomato Paste Processing Line is a fully integrated system designed to transform fresh tomatoes into high-quality concentrated paste, puree, and ketchup. The entire line incorporates key technologies including a multi-function crusher and a low-temperature vacuum evaporation system. With the first-effect evaporation temperature kept below 70°C and short material residence time, this system significantly preserves natural lycopene pigments and nutritional components that are often lost in conventional equipment.

The process flow covers the complete spectrum: from fresh tomato receiving, bubble washing, sorting, and crushing, to hot or cold break preheating for enzyme inactivation, double-stage pulping with conical screen refiners, vacuum concentration, high-temperature short-time (HTST) sterilization using a tubular heat exchanger specifically designed for high-viscosity materials, and aseptic big-bag filling. Our unique material mixing device inside the sterilizer minimizes fouling and reduces cleaning time compared to other designs. The line also features a condensate secondary steam recovery system, which significantly reduces steam consumption and improves overall energy efficiency. With CE and ISO certifications, our machinery meets global food safety standards for reliable commercial production..
