This tomato juice processing line is specifically developed for tomato-based beverage production, suitable for pure tomato juice, blended fruit/vegetable juices, and functional tomato drinks. The complete line includes: rotary washer, lifting sorting platform, crusher, screw juicer, enzymatic hydrolysis tank, ultrafiltration system, vacuum deaerator, homogenizer, tubular/plate sterilizer, aseptic filler, and CIP online cleaning system, forming a closed-loop automated production line.

The key advantage lies in the low-temperature cold press juicing technology combined with enzymatic hydrolysis, which maximizes retention of lycopene, vitamin C, and natural aroma compounds. The juicing stage incorporates two-stage fine filtration, allowing production of either clarified juice or pulp-containing juice as required. The homogenizer achieves pressure up to 40MPa, ensuring smooth and uniform texture while preventing sedimentation and separation. The sterilization system utilizes UHT (Ultra-High Temperature) instantaneous sterilization technology (135-140°C for 3-5 seconds) combined with aseptic filling, completely eliminating microorganisms while preserving fresh flavor. The finished product can be stored at room temperature for 12-18 months without refrigeration.

The line is equipped with a fully automatic PLC control cabinet and HMI touch screen for intuitive operation and parameter traceability.
