The tomato processing production line is a modern processing equipment integrating multiple processes. It focuses on the entire process of tomato processing, from raw material pretreatment to finished product packaging. It can produce various products such as tomato paste, tomato sauce, and tomato juice according to demand. Its core functions cover key stages such as raw material screening, cleaning, crushing, pulping, concentration, sterilization, and packaging. Each process works in synergy to ensure stable product quality.
1. Raw Material Pretreatment Function: This includes two core modules: screening and cleaning. A vibrating screen removes rotten, damaged, and deformed tomatoes and impurities, ensuring raw material quality; a high-pressure bubble cleaning machine with brush rollers efficiently removes mud, pesticide residues, and hair from the surface of the tomatoes. The flexible conveying design prevents damage to the tomato skin, laying a clean foundation for subsequent processing.
2. Crushing and Pulping Function: The pre-treated tomatoes enter a spiral crusher, where they are quickly crushed in a low-temperature environment to preserve the nutrients and flavor of the tomatoes; then, a double-stage pulping machine separates the tomato pulp from the peel and seeds. The first stage removes large impurities, and the second stage provides fine pulping to ensure the desired consistency for different products.
3. Concentration and Sterilization Function: The tomato pulp passes through a vacuum concentration tank, where excess water is removed in a low-temperature (60-70℃) vacuum environment. The solid content is concentrated to 10%-30% according to product requirements, effectively preserving lycopene and other nutrients; the concentrated pulp then enters a tubular sterilizer, using instantaneous high-temperature sterilization (121℃ instantaneous sterilization) to quickly kill bacteria, mold, and other microorganisms, while preventing flavor deterioration caused by prolonged high-temperature treatment.
4. Finished Product Packaging and Post-processing Function: The sterilized tomato products (tomato paste, tomato juice, etc.) are accurately injected into packaging containers (glass bottles, cans, composite bags, etc.) through an aseptic filling system. The entire filling process is aseptic to avoid secondary contamination; subsequent processes such as capping/sealing, labeling, coding, and boxing complete the finished product packaging. Some production lines can be equipped with metal detection and weight detection equipment to remove unqualified products.
